Cancellation Policy

Please understand our time is valuable. We understand life is unpredictable, however when late or canceling an appointment, you intervene with the schedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of booked service.

Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of booked service.

No future appointments will be booked until late charge is paid in full.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of booked service.
Where is the Coveted Hair Co located?
- 1400 Andre Street Floor 2, Baltimore, MD 21230
- Located within Prive Salon – 2nd Floor
- When entering the building, walk up to the second floor & we are on the left. “Coveted hair co” sign will be outside the entryway
Is there parking at the salon?
Parking is available surrounding the building. If you have any trouble with parking or locating the salon, kindly give us a call or text us at (443) 961-6182

Can I send pictures of what I am looking for?
Inspiration pictures and current hair pictures in natural lighting are encouraged as your stylist can have a more thorough consultation. These can be texted to us at (443) 961-6182
Should I arrive with clean hair for my appointment?
Yes! Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry hair. (color/lightener performs best this way & presents the true color of hair)
