Cancellation Policy
  • Please understand our time is valuable. We understand life is unpredictable, however when late or canceling an appointment, you intervene with the schedule.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of booked service.

  • Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of booked service.

  • No future appointments will be booked until late charge is paid in full.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of booked service.

Yes! Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry hair. (color/lightener performs best this way & presents the true color of hair)
